- Viva Catie II is a 1,200 mile bike ride in honor of Catie Summers, a 16 year old beloved student and friend who lost her battle with Osteosarcoma, a rare form of childhood bone cancer, in December 2007. As Viva Catie II rides through Tennessee, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas, they ride to honor Catie's poignant fight by accomplishing this great physical journey in her memory.
Congratulations on the riders' accomplishments so far. Those of us back home in Clarksville are cheering you on. Can't wait to see photos from the arrival in Austin!
